Refund Policy

Since DiplomaSender.com offers irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the diploma(s) and/or transcript and/or letter (“product”) is sent.

As a customer you are responsible for understanding this at the time of your requesting delivery of product from our website.


The “product” request process, allows you to choose one or more methods for delivery of your documents. Please note the refund limitations for each delivery method below:

  1. Email – once the email is sent from our server, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. If, however, the recipient does not receive the email due to an incorrect email address, you may correct the email address and resubmit at no additional charge.
  2. Fax - once the fax is sent from our server you will no longer be eligible for a refund. If, however, the recipient does not receive the fax due to an incorrect fax number, you may correct the fax number and resubmit at no additional charge.
  3. Postal Mail – once the document is printed you will no longer be eligible for a refund. If the mail address is incorrect, you will need to create a new request with the corrected mailing address. You will be charged for the new request.
  4. Overnight Mail - once the document is printed you will no longer be eligible for a refund. If the address is incorrect, you will need to create a new request with the corrected mailing address. You will be charged for the new request.
  5. Authentication Code – once the authentication code (for use by a recipient for accessing your “product”) is generated you will no longer be eligible for a refund. In addition, to protect privacy, the authentication code must be used within 7 days or it will expire. You will be able to request a new authentication code. You will be charged for the new request.

If any “product” fails to be delivered because of a problem with our server or with the DiplomaSender application, DiplomaSender will take reasonable steps to resubmit your request at no additional charge to you. If, after providing us with a correct email address, mail address and/or fax number we are still unable to process your request within 3 days, you will be eligible for a full refund.


Requests for a refund are accepted at refunds@DiplomaSender.com. Refunds must be requested within the period of 1 week after the date of the order. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you are applying for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions. If eligible, a refund will be issued to the same credit card which was originally used for the purchase.
